Cocktail of the Month (Part 2): The Elixir
We're back for part 2 of our Cocktail of the Month series for January!
End dry January with The Elixir - a truly impressive cocktail that uses Aelder Elixir; an elderberry liqueur that blends perfectly with Lunun for a refreshingly fruity yet smooth cocktail.
Ingredients:
50ml Lunun Gin
25ml Aelder Elixir Elderberry Liqueur
25ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
15ml egg white
Method: Fill a cocktail shaker full of ice, combine all ingredients, shake then double strain into a highball glass with ice!
